Japanese nabe culture
Hi! Recently, the weather suddenly got cold. At such time, we Japanese like to eat nabe! "Nabe" is Japanese big stew. It is home cooked meal and doesn't matter what to put in. Nabe has many kind of flavor, so I want to introduce some of them. I want to talk about my favorite nabe, kimchi nabe, first. Also, it is called chige nabe, too. Have you ever eaten? If you like something hot, please try it. In addition, there are motsunabe, tomato nabe, sukiyaki, and soybean milk-nabe. They have own "shime" which is suitable for them. "Shime" is finish of nabe in Japan. For example, udon is good for sukiyaki. rice and cheese is very good for tomato nabe. When you eat nabe, please try them!!
